Commercial Collections Company purchased your account from a provider of small business financing with which you had an outstanding balance. You are personally liable for this debt, regardless of whether the business is still active.

Commercial Collections Company will work with you to try to settle your account by trying to work out a payment arrangement (daily, monthly or weekly payments) or a one-time discounted lump sum payment. 

Once you enter into a settlement with Commercial Collections Company, you will need to make the required payment(s). Once all payments are finished, your account will be closed and the weight of the outstanding small business debt will be lifted!

If you do not settle your outstanding balance, your account will be reviewed for further collection activity. This may include the filing of a lawsuit to obtain a judgment against you.
